I used to have both and deleted them.
I recently re-made facebook because people were being a pain in the ass and organising everything over it.
I always preferred Myspace though because it had customisation and actually felt like a page about me rather than a Curriculum Vitae with interests instead of my career history.
Myspace pages are a lot more interesting and say more about a person, facebook has a lot more features however and the comments/wall section is a lot better thought out as you can view your friends without having to go to their individual pages.
Generally speaking I dislike them though, they waste time and are less convenient than Instant Messenger except people use them more.

Facebook as more of my friends use it. Myspace has basically died for me (RIP 2004-2009) (Yeah that's right I had one of the first few myspace accounts), too many spam bots for it's own good too :/

MySpace. Facebook is just too much... I get friend recommendations from every single individual I have talked, seen or even thought about. Hilariously overdoing their 'compatible friends' technology.
Myspace, i have been useing it for over 3 years now and its the best way to keep in touch with my friends who dont use msn. I also have facebook but i find it incredibly boring so i rarely use it.
I used to be one of those Myspace people who refused to change over to Facebook... now all my friends are on Facebook so I don't have lot of choice if I want to keep in touch. Haven't signed in on Myspace since May, apparently. I would happily abandon them both if my friends were more reliable at keeping in touch and organising stuff through other means.
Facebook, because it's most commonly used among my friends. I was also able to use it to find some of my friends from an old school, who I'd lost contact with, so it's been useful in that respect.
I made a MySpace account in 2005, but deleted it a few months ago because I didn't use it for the past two years, at all. I got a Facebook account so I could keep up with the releases of music from a certain DJ.
I prefer FB to MySpace, the layout is simple and you don't have people customising their pages with awful backgrounds making it hard to read. Then there's the huge amount of spammers on Myspace which I haven't seen on FB.
