I can't grow much in the way of a beard or a mustache...I can almost grow a goatee but even if I could grow facial hair properly I would gladly press a magical button or dump my face into a magical potion that stops me from ever growing facial hair ever again. It's a pain in the ass to maintain, it doesn't look that great when it's there, and I strongly prefer looking several years younger than I am than having a few patches of fluff on my face. Get this crap off of me! It can take my leg-hair with it.

Generally, no.
Some guys can pull it off, but a lot of them, I find, just don't look that good with facial hair, even if it's trimmed and whatnot.
It also doesn't help that a lot of the facial hair I see these days is on hipster dudes with mustaches straight outta the Victorian era, plus beard.

I usually shave mine off after about a week, I have very thick hair so after about a week it is itchy, hot and uncomfortable. Plus actually trying to shave it off after more than a weeks growth is just painful and chews up razor blades pretty swiftly.

Unfortunately, I hate shaving with a passion... So, deceased father it is! Besides, it's all going well with my growing Afro and trimmed sideburns...

On another note, I also prefer them to shave their balls as well or anywhere else they want kissed. A mouthful of hair is not appetizing or sexy.

But, if I do that, then people would question why I named my genitals "The Black Disco Key"!

I prefer my face ever since I have facial hair. I'm starting to accept balding thanks to facial hair. I never got compliments as much than I had before facial hair. (I hope that I wrote that right). I don't look like a creep who needs sunlight with facial hair.

In shorts, yay facial hair!

Facial hair in that sense is itchy, painful and unpleasant.

Sounds like your boyfriend needs some conditioner on his beard.

Hair refuses to grow on my chin or lips in a decent way so all that leaves me is a patchy neckbeard I have to shave every now and again. It's a shame too, I'd actually like a light mustache or beard if I could grow one.

I have a similar deal, cept I can grow it decently thick on my chin and I can grow a good looking tash but my cheeks and burns all patchy and horrible

I started growing a mustache back when I was in ninth grade and a beard shortly after I graduated high school. I think I got the beard from my mother's side because my dad said he and his brother couldn't grow beards. I have had my beard for the last nine years that I am always afraid to get it trimmed that the barber might make a mistake and cut it off by accident.

I'm currently at full beard mode.
I have enough beard that even my scruffy neckbeard doesn't actually look bad.
(Not good either, mind you.)

I'm still not sure if my beard or goatee looks better, but the awkward phase between goatee and beard is entirely too long for me to shave and then change my mind.
So until one of my ladies declares a preference, the beard stays.

I've got a light mustache 'cuz mustaches are manly.

I do occasionally have a beard going, but usually shave it off when I get tired of it. Funny thing. My hair is brown, but my beard actually comes in RED, or a shade of dark burgundy. It's the strangest and most awesome thing, though I'm not confident in my ability to have a beard without looking like a hobo, so I shave.

I started getting facial hair in high school, and before everyone else. The girls absolutely loved it. Swoon city; so perhaps that's some indication, but I'm good looking anyway, so maybe not.

On myself, I hate the way it feels. And yes, I have gone full on beard mode, but the other thing I hate is having to shave all the time >_< I cannot win. I think it looks fine on other people though.

I haven't been clean shaven in almost four years. The only reason I shaved then is because I was dating a girl in year 11 and was going with her to her Semi-Formal (think Prom). Her Dad said that if I didn't shave, he'd hold me down and shave me.
I shaved.


But anyway, I look really good with a beard. It suits me and I can grow it nice and thick.
