I'm more interested in Fallout. The games are very similar but I prefer the futuristic wasteland setting to the medieval on crack feel of ES. I would love to play either of them though.

Bethesda released in a press conference that they're not going to make Elder Scrolls V, but didn't say that they were going to release Fallout 4. Maybe something else is coming?

(and I vote Fallout 4)

IMO, forget ES5, just give me a remake of Morrowind with current gen graphics and Oblivion's hit detection system.

I'm still looking for a little less than half the stuff in the Tamrielic Lore book.

Yes, Bethesda's two best titles, Fallout 3 and Elder Scrolls VI: Oblivion
Implying that Fallout 3 and TES IV are better than Morrowind.
Friend, we think alike.

Quite simply, I enjoyed Fallout 3 much more than Oblivion. However, if they changed some of the "meh" things about Oblivion, I would be more excited about it coming out, because than it would be better for more than a single play through. Fallout 4 I could wait for, mostly because I think Fallout 3 would hold me over until it was released.

Yeah, I wanna play out the mission where that Orc bloke was suppost to assassinate the little girl.
I want them to fix the vampirisim glitches (easier fucking cure without the glitch) and have a better organizational system.

+1
also, it'd be cool if there were more than one guild for each type
You mean like in Morrowind with the Morag Tong and Camonna Tong or Oblivion's Blackwood Company, creating rivalries with the standard guilds?

Speaking of Morrowind, there should be a genuine choice for the player. You should have to play through the game more than once to see everything.

Well ive had fun with both, and recently began examining them both and I choose Elder scrolls. I dunno if its the fantasy, or the story or the skills but I found it more fun. Fallouts fun and all but it ain't got nothing on elder scrolls

BOTH! Let's see some cross over action! Super mutant elves anyone? Brotherhood of Steel Sorcerers? ENCLAVE VERTIBIRDS VS DRAGONS! Bethesda, take a page from marvel and start mashing your franchises together with reckless abandon.

How about a new franchise that combines high fantasy with the Post apocalyptic? You know, some of the things that make both settings work? A huge magical disaster caused the end of the world, the survivors either live in cities, caves, or out in the wastes. Metal is considered valuable and even something as worthless as a charm bangle is considered worth killing over. Magic in this world is expressed as mind powers and even the lowliest person has some. Real magic falls into two categories: those that take power from the land, or those that take power from ones self.

You know something like the old AD&D setting Dark Sun, but less broken.

TES. No question about it.

It all started with me buying a graphics card, discovering I'd been given a game I didn't know anything about along with it, which was named TESIII: Morrowind.

And I've been addicted ever since.

Seconded sir. I love the environment in TES, it's soooo much better than the washed out, hurt your eyes landscape of fallout. Can't wait.
