Poll: Fallout: New Vegas bug

Well I live in Sweden and tomorrow (22/10-2010) is a happy day for tomorrow "Fallout: New Vegas" is released. However like expected with a game that has an open world and a lot of content it also has a lot of bugs (beside the radroach kind).
One bug in perticular is giving me the chills, there is a bug that will corrupt your save files after about 12 hours of gameplay.
Bethesda has apparently given official announcements that they will patch the game ASAP.

Has this bug given you any problems?
Do you know when the patch will be out?

The bug is most prominent on the "Xbox 360" (sorry that I forgot to name that).

I found one bug already, I killed a powder ganger, and when he dropped he fell below the level of the ground and was unreachable..

I'm 18 hours in, besides a few minor graphic glitches, it's all good.

360 version.

Different console, different variety of bugs.

(For fallout 3 360V seemed to be the worst...)

What did you honestly expect from a game made by Bethesda and Obsidian, 2 developers infamous for buggy games?

I'm still gonna buy it though, but it most likely won't be until christmas. So I certainly hope it's patched by then.

I've already heard about the save corrupt bug on the 360 version. It seems to happen if you pick up the Space Suit equipment in the Come Fly With Me quest. I'm in the process of doing the quest now, so I'll see what happens.

I've enountered other bugs too. Game Crashes, and also enemys(Nightkins) being permanently invisible when they should only be invisible until you strike them. Very irritating.

I pre ordered new vegas about 3 or 4 months ago, per loaded it on steam before launch, then when it came out, it was rendered unplayable, i can't look at npc's without a TREMENDOUS amount of lag. I hope they fucking fix it.

I got a different bug. My quicksaves and autosaves are corrupted, seemingly after the 10-12 hours mark. Additionally, the save numbering keeps resetting to the save at that point, so I have something like 5 saves numbered 007.

The aggravation comes from the corruption of autosaves and quicksaves, both of which are stuck at the 10 hour mark, and nothing changes that. Deleting them both in and out of the game, or saving over them doesn't work. The weird thing is that as long as I keep playing the saves change to the latest ones. However, after quitting everything resets to the problem.

This combined with the game crashing almost every two hours means that essentially I flip I coin to see if I lose the progress of each time I play.

PS3 - about 25 hours in, level 13, and I just completed the change the radio channels at all the Ranger Camp quest (so ive been all over) and I had no serious bugs whatsoever... I did have a crash, but I think my PS3 was overheating. Was mid afternoon and was about 82 degrees in the room (had to put on the AC) after about 30 mins off I just logged again a few mins ago with no issues since cooldown (6ish hours)

word of advice to all players. if you find vault 11, do not go in until after u get the quest to go into it. my first run thru is ruined because i explored it

Fell through the damn rocks on cliffs and I couldn't fast travel out because of those stupid evil bees which I couldn't kill because I was in a rock.

I'm about 3-5 hours in, had it freeze on me twice. It was at the same spot though, and it hasn't froze since. Another amusing bug, powder gangs attacked me stating "You're going to pay for what you did to the powder gang!" RL me went "huh?" as I wasn't really expecting it and didn't quite catch what he said, to which he helpfully repeated what he just stated.

Nervous as hell from the fact that I'm on 360, carrying space suit, and 12.5 hours in. I really hope it doesnt corrupt, because I'll be pissed. Just barely getting able to kill the various insects without difficulty. I swear to god those orange winged things do nothing but make me waste stimpacks on my limbs. They annoy me so.

This newest patch is a god sent. It was not holding on to my autosaves, or even my quick saves and I was tired of getting to level 10 only to be bumped back to level 5 by a crash. The only other time I bugged out was with the Come Fly With Me Mission. the Bright guy attacked me for o good reason.

Fallout 3 was not buggy. At least not when i bought it. but still, i had to patch when i installed BoS.

I hope FO: NV gets a better patch by the time i buy it.
