It may be the more effeminate choice, but I do love me some Sourz. They help balance the harshness of some of the other harder alcohols.
Out of the low alcohol groups, I'd say the obvious: Beer, Ale, Cider.
Out of the high alcohol groups, I haven't drank too much but so far I really like the taste of Gin and Absinthe.

If I'm drinking it straight, I guess I'd choose bear? But I do like Tequila and Rum. I'm getting sick of Vodka because every time I have gotten a hangover, it was from bloody Vodka.

That's why i got into beer. I enjoy the taste of Kokanee and i can drink them without feeling sick to my stomach. As well due to its lower alcohol content i can control how drunk i want to get, in must cases i just want a happy buzz so only two three beers.

Plain alcohol? Then I'll have ethanol, thanks. Methanol kills and xylitol and sorbitol make you fart. The others I really don't know.
Sorry, had to do it. Anyhoo, beer for me. I don't like too much alcohol in my drinks. Oh, and on summer evenings, I love to sit in the garden with a book and a glass of cider.
