I'm up for beer anytime, my favorite being Newcastle Brown Ale. When it comes to liquor, my favorite is gin--so light and refreshing!

You forgot gin.
That is Shaken, not stirred
Shaken, not stirred, will get you cold water with a dash of gin and dry vermouth. You stir it with the special spoon so you don't chip the ice, which will melt quicker and water it down...

Shit, I missed beer.

My favorite liquor is Sailor Jerry's Rum, but when it's not available I move right on over to whiskies.

Beer comes first.

Second is a type of eucalyptus thing which tastes really good.

Guilty pleasure champagne is a third.

Three:

Glenfiddich 18-year-old single Highland malt Scotch Whisky (with the Glenlivet 18 close behind);

Any of several beers, but none of the watery pale yellow ones, thanks;

Conde de Valdemar Rioja Gran Reserva (red wine, and *purrrrrrrrr*).

...You do realize that Scotch and bourbon are whiskey?
WRONGNESS! WRONGNESS, on the INTERNET!

Scotch is whisky, not whiskey.

Whiskey is the US or Irish spelling and should generally be taken to refer to a distillate of fermentate of malted barley, whereas bourbon is made from at least 51% corn.

The big one, though, is that "e". There's no "e" in Scotch.

Also: pear cider.

big fan of sailor jerry rum, but also, i love korean soju, as well as japanese umeshu (plum wine). If you've never had any of these, i strongly recommend you find a way to do so. Also, be forewarned about the umeshu, it doesn't have any alcoholic bite, but it will knock you flat on your ass.
