Poll: Favorite Avengers / Marvel Video Game

I voted Marvel Ultimate Alliance, because both ( 1 and 2) are great games that allow you to play as many different hero's while having a decent story and good gameplay mechanics.

But, I still think the best Marvel based game was Spiderman 2. Spiderman 2 features a great story, good gameplay mechanics, but best of all a significant portion of New York scaled to size and the freedom to experience Spiderman as the soaring, webswinging, hero he is shown to be in the comics. Never underestimate the appeal of a good sandbox game.

"The Punisher". Makes "Max Payne" look like "Barbie's Fashion Designer".

I am also quite fond of "Maximum Carnage", "Captain American and The Avengers", "Separation Anxiety", "The Punisher" arcade game with Nick Fury on co-op, and a few other oldies.

The X Men: Legends games were fun. Pretty much the template for the Ultimate Alliance games which are also good.
