I like rogue types. They're usually more about strategy and cunning, and I find that more fun than being an uber warrior/wizard type.
Then you obviously haven't played a caster in D&D. After the first few levels they start learning things like Fly, Invisibility, Issac's greater missile storm, etc.

They basically get hax.

A huge, bulky, strong, filled to the brim with the best heavy armor and heavy weapons....

Theif.

Sometimes I like being a huge, insecure Warrior, but other times I like sneaking aroung and pick pocketing people. And when my cover's blown, it's very usefull to have a huge arsenal of weapons at your disposal.
Doesn't the bulky armor tend to make theives get noticed more?

Herald of Xotli: Age of Conan.

Not only am I doing crazy melee dps, I'm doing it while wearing silk armor.

I said Paladin, because that's my favorite Video Game class, mainly because it's usually a lot easier to keep a paladin in a video game, as a lot of their limitations are removed for gameplay sake.

in a tabletop game, I play wizards. I like to imagine the various components of spells and even act them out sometimes.

Paladin - represents my arrogant self-righteousness and my love of hitting things.

I'm always a warrior/fighter type. I just love the straightforward gameplay of beating the crap out of guys. And I love putting on the most badass suit of armor and weapons that I can find. And I don't like the moral constraints of the paladin, muahahaha...

I don't have a clue why I go for the paladin-style classes for DnD games. I just like the warrior class, but feel like I'm missing something major if I don't dip my toe into the world of casting and sorcery..

Maybe I've played too much Elder Scrolls and want to do it all. I hate the idea of paladins otherwise!

Anything related to a Ninja.
Ah, yes, I was contemplating doing Ninja, but instead I went with Thief, giving the fact that games where a Ninja wouldn't make sense could still have that type of character.
