Poll: Favorite Fighting game?

My friend and I have recently gotten into an argument about which fighting game is the best. I, personally, went with the Street Fighter series, due to varied characters, ultra/super combos, plus, now, already a new game with 10 new character plus a bunch of other modes/games. My other friend is sided with The Tekken series, due to it's many characters, huge move sets, character customization, and story mode. And, another friend of mine, who is quite neutral on the subject, is a fan of both BlazBlue/Guilty Gear, and Soul caliber.
So, I have to ask, what's your favorite fighting game?

Tekken 3 is probably one of my favorite fighting games. Although I do enjoy the older DBZ games (ie. Bukokai 3)

Bushido Blade 2.

I hate traditional fighting games, but Bushido Blade 2 is fast, fun, and brutal.

They're just... sex in fighter form.

Arcana Heart.

Cute cast, genuine non-RPG style customization, several advanced movement options, gigantic stages, and much potential for extremely flashy attacks.

Melty Blood.

The fast paced style of it, the bizarre characters (ok, not that bizarre), and just the whole variety of it all, especially Act Cadenza, which gives each character about 30-40 different skins to choose from.

...I should probably reinstall it again...that and NeutralDrow still needs to review it... >_>

Mortal Kombat anyone? Though from them I would probably take Tekken (though street fighter ex plus alfa was good)

I've been meaning to play it for the last while, but I've been too busy, even more so with SSFIV coming out soon.

My favourite is Super smash bros melee. OK, I'm a terrible person, and I lay down the 'no items, final destination' crap, but at least I don't mandate fox only.

Beyond that, I love the Street Fighter games, for their fluidity - the same reason I love SSBM.
