Metroid Prime is the only one I've played. Might eventually get Uncharted 2, but the rest don't interest me. And I've heard from a ton of people that GTA4 was the worst of them all.

Ocarina of Time blew my mind back in the day. If I had to choose one of those games to play right this second that would be it.

Answered Ocarina of Time but I don't think you can get "the best game in the world" because everyone has their own taste so it's not the best game, it's the game that the majority likes best. Call me whatever you want but to me that's a big difference.

Bioshock? Portal? Half-Life? No? Seriously? What the fuck is Mario Galaxy 2 doing up there? GTA as a series has always been bad, and Uncharted isn't that great. None those all kinda suck (now at least)

OT: Either Uncharted 2 or GTA IV. I really liked GTA IV for the story, but it had severe gameplay issues... and I really liked Uncharted 2 for the story but it had severe gameplay issues, too.

Fighting games just don't deserve to be on this list because by their vary nature they are soulless entertainment. They may be fun, but can a genre devoid of the ability to create immersive story and characters really be considered to have two of the greatest games of all time? Cross off Tekken and Soul Calibur.

Oh, by the way, another bold statement.
