Poll: Favorite game out of best eight ever?

Shout outs to the other eight people that voted Tekken 3! Together we probably have no taste in videogames, but what the hell, you can't beat up a seventy-odd year old man with a dinosaur using a beach ball in Super Mario Galaxy, can you?

Out of that list, Metroid Prime, hands down.

It did a better job of moving a 2D series to 3D than any of the other big Nintendo games out there.

That's a terrible list. Uncharted 2 is a mediocre Tomb Raider rip off, Grand Theft Auto has amazingly irritating controls... most of the others seem to have the nostalgia vote going for them at most? What the hell is Tekken doing there? Where's the original Prince of Persia trilogy? Where's Morrorwind/Oblivion, Bioshock, Portal. But worst of all:

Where's the 'none of the above' option?

I never played god of war 1 or 2, I just found out the entire story of god of war 1 and 2 because I was holding out for the biggie. Good news is that holding out for the biggie worked fine when God of War 3 was announced and I got right into it. I thought God of War 3 was an explosive high budget masterpiece of unparalleled scale and technical prowess. God of War 1 looks great, and don't think I am a graphics whore, far from it. I just ordered Earth Defence Force only this morning. Its just that when I see older god of wars I know I would feel it was held back by its low production value in comparison to God of War 3. And I find your comment a little hypocritical considering you are obviously prefer God of War 1 because you played it first and feel the third is just trying to look as pretty as possible just to trick stupid people into buying it. God of War 3 might not have such a thoughtful and delicate story but it does include you fighting a God while riding atop a titan half way up the largest mountain in the world amidst a war between powerful deities.

Also MY judgement? Eff you buddy. My judgement is fine thank you very much. Last I checked its everybody else in the world who are bloody insane.

Like the greater majority of posters, that specific list seemed rather odd for a best of the best top 8. But to be fair a list of the best of each genres could be needed for everyone to find it's fit, and even then some genres can be argued a lot. Out of that list... Ocarina, I like the music, other stuff as well, but mostly for that I think in a way. My salutations.

Ocarina of time probably. Though I would say uncharted 2 is pretty much the only other game that should even be near that list.
