08th MS Team, most definitely. The technology wasn't completely overblown, which made character development was even more important than usual, and psychic powers were completely non-existent.
00 takes a close second and Wing is floating somewhere in the top 5. I still have to watch 0083 all the way through and I don't know if I'll watch SEED. Char's Counterattack is amazing, but I haven't watched Zeta or the old UC ones with Amuro.
