Wrex... he has the funniest comments. I usually also had Tali with me. Last character I played was and adept-bastion with an assault rifle bonus skill, so I needed a character with tech ability on the team. Fun stuff. Looking forward to playing ME2.
Garrus and Wrex, nobody can tell me that a gruff Turian and a giant, telekinetic dinosaur cannot defeat absolutely anything in that game.
But they're there. It's like having a retard at a birthday party. No particular point, or use but he/she is there.Abedeus said:

Garrus, he was the coolest character. I found it hard not to use Garrus and Wrex on my team at all times.
I liked Kaidan. He seemed to be the most sensible guy (and he was quite useful too). Apparently good in the sack as well. 
I liked Garrus as a character, but he was useless in combat.
Wrex was great in combat, but I hated his guts!
Ashley was a racist *****.
Liara was boring. (besides, I was the Adept of the group)

wrex is an unpredictable bounty hunter for god shake he was awesome.I was pissed off when ashley shot him on the beach and i reloaded the game 3 times to see if i could stop her doing it.

Ah Jenkins ... The red shirt of the Normandy. Wrex was alright but he was like a more empathetic HK-47 ... which took the fun out of taking him places with me
I really enjoyed having Wrex in my party the first time or so I played Mass Effect. Not only was his class the same as mine- Vanguard- but he was a powerhouse in terms of gameplay and was funny out of gameplay to boot. Thankfully, my first time around Mass Effect, I took my time and maxed out my Intimidate skill, so Wrex ended up living to fight another day after that fateful confrontation on Virmire.

Ya, that was my deal sealer too. That and I have a thing for having reptilian characters in my party. Whole pretension to dragon-ness thing...miracleofsound said:
I take Garrus and Liara from as soon as I have them in the game. I only really like playing as infiltrator (I have played the other classes but when I replay it these days I always play as an Infiltrator). It gives you a balanced loadout and you get the best of all 3 disciplines as far as I'm concerned.
