Poll: Favorite Multiplayer

I was wondering if some of my other multiplayers had a lot of the same intrests as me. I like all of these games but my favorite would have to be Gears 2 because of the Horde mode and the Wingman gametype. I have wasted over a month of my life just playing Wingman. That's over 700 hours. That is sad.

I'd have to go with Halo 3 as I'm still playing it right now.

And I preferred Gears of War 1s online.

I like L4D2 a lot because it's casual and realism versus is AWESOME. Same with TF2. They are more for fun games than some of the others. I spend too much time playing a lot of different games nowadays. (Nothing worth all my time and effort out) I also don't have a console so that eliminates a lot of those options.

Edit: I have played BFBC2 a lot but then latency and lack of bullet registration frustrated me to no end. (PC of course) I'm also not that interested in SC2 for some odd reason. I might eventually get it if there's a massive sale.

Nobody I know of really plays Transformers anymore and there were only eight options.

Battlefield 2 Modern Combat for the PS2 was pretty damn good, I remember. It was well balanced, relatively simple and incredibly exciting.

I'm actually really enjoying SWBF2's multiplayer right now. It's awesome, even for an older game.

Halo 3, for anyone who's played ahuge infection match, boiling down as your friends die and you are left alone with no ammo and two guys in a corner desperate to hold on. Or In a Big Team game of CTF struggling against a push, waiting for the Banshee to spawn so you can launch a counterattack with sniper cover. I will miss that game.

Team Fortress 2 never gets old. The game play's good and you keep coming back to get achievements and hats. I also like how important teamwork is, unlike many other Multiplayer games.

The original Modern Warfare was the best console multiplayer this generation in my opinion.

for the second time this week, TIMESPLITTERS 3!! It was/is almost perfect. you have a few beers, you get your mates round and then your playing as a monkey with a flamethrower, unbeatable.

Really it's all about the community and the service. Halo does have the most people on it (even if they do act like a bunch of homophobic twelve-year-olds), and Transformers can be a bit troublesome at times.
