I chose the Shadow Temple simply because when I was little, it scared me enough to drop the game for about a month. It took a lot of deep breaths to get through that dungeon.

Spirit's always been a fun one to me. I can say that the Water Temple is probably my second fav without the slightest hint of sarcasm.

All the temples were really the same in my opinion (except the water temple. I wish you weren't under water so I could light you on fire) but my favorite boss was Twinrova by far. Spirit Temple wins because it has my favorite boss of any game.

Water, as long as I have a walkthrough
Yeah that isn't really a qualification you should have to make.

I predict sarcastic 'Water Temple" answers to be plenty.

Probably shadow.
Actually, if people are thinking of the re-release they did for the gamecube then Water Temple has an increased chance to be their favorite. The layout of the water temple was different and isn't the headache it used to be. Not that that in anyway gains the water temple points in my book.

The Well. Holy fuck was that place creepy, especially Dead Hand.

I seriously repressed this level. I recently went back and played OoT again, got to the Well and went, "What the fuck is this? Did I play this before? Why are the piles of flesh and blood everywhere? What the fuck is that thing with all the hands?!

Now that I'm over that, it's all pretty cool.

I doubt it. I think most of us played it on the N64. Infact, most of the people who played it on gamecube, probably did because they played it on N64 first.

I am saying something to the effect of "That might be their only exposure" or "Their opinions might have changed". Another thing we didn't consider is the people who like the water temple may be masochists.

Not being sarcastic here, Water Temple was my favourite. Sure it was confusing at times, but it was so epic, running around underwater in between all these small passages, changing the water level. The Dark Link battle was also awesome, but it's not just the fight that makes me love it, it's also the arena. I loved how the arena just seemed to be a small patch of land in an endless room that stretched forever, with only one door out. Made you feel as if you had stepped into another world.

I really need to play OoT again...

I love the Spirit Temple.

It was so much fun to play.
the Puzzles were Average, the Enemeys were Tricky(Damn Anubus, attacking when i have no MP), and the Boss.....oh man the Boss.

Twinrova is probably one of the funniest bosses iv ever fought in a Zelda Game.

Using the Mirror Shield to adsorb their Magic and Fire it back was a little Tricky at first but fun.
And the end where they argue as their Spirits move on was hilarious.
I wish you could have used the Mirror Shield like that more in the game.

Shadow Temple/Bottom of the Well are both 2ND.

They FREAKED ME OUT.

As a kid these were probably two of the scariest things iv ever seen, and now older they still fill me with Dread and Fear.
And a Little Paranoia because of the Invisible Enemys and Traps.
Plus i love Talking about some of the Theories for these Temples.

Other than that, i really like all of them.
Though the Forest Temple also Freaked me out, the mood and the Music, Coupled with the Design of the Temple(Looks more like a Rotting Mansion) made it one immersive Experience.
Heck the whole game was immersive for me.

I always loved the part in the shadow temple where the boat crashes and you have to jump off, that was one of the most unexpected moments in that game. but my favorite is the fire temple, who doesn't like smashing a dragon's face in with a giant metal hammer?

I like inside that giant fish thing and I'm totally ashamed of myself right now that I can't remember it's name. Was it Jabu Jabu? But the Fire Temple was my second favorite.

Spirit Temple possibly, but every temple kinda annoyed me in some way. Twinrova was fun to fight. Shadow Temple was fun too though. Meh, I probably vote Spirit here.

For me it's a three way tie between the Water Temple, the Spirit Temple and the Shadow Temple. Yes I REALLY did like the Water Temple. Dark Link was and still in my favorite mini boss; Spirit Temple has my favorite boss fight and the Shadow Temple was fun and creepy all at the same time plus the fight on the boat before Lord Bongo Bongo.

Spirit Temple, due to the scale of the dungeon. Been a while since I played the game, though. I need to dust of the N64 someday...

Water Temple is my favorite. I do gripe endlessly about switching boots, but I'm happy that they changed that in later games and therefore I will never seriously complain about it. I love the complexity, I think all the others are boring because I can't get lost in any of them, I've memorized them too well. But with the Water Temple, every once in a while I still need to check the map, or sometimes even a guide. I just really like the fact that after playing that game hundreds of times, there's a part that's still challenging.

EDIT:
And Dark Link. He's awesome ^_^ Again, I like that he's actually challenging to fight.

I played it so long ago that I can't really remember any of them except the forest temple. So I guess I'll pick that one...
