Though I'll have to settle on football (American), even though hockey is a close contestant. It would be higher on the list of it wasn't nigh impossible to see how amazing some of their puck-handling is without a high-powered camera and instant, slow motion replay.

I'm pleased with how well rugby is doing in this thread considering it's played in a grand total of about 12 countries and as a minority sport in most of them. I guess the quality always shines through.
