Most of the time I play as the Heavy, but I'll play as the Medic if there isn't one on the team.

For me it's a tie between the Medic, Heavy, and Engie. Though I lose respect for people that base their class choice on personal preference, instead of what the team requires.

Playing as:
-Soldier (Rocket Jumping w/ Gunboats)
-Demoman (Mid-air sticky triggers)
-Medic (Kritzkrieg on combat classes)
-Scout (Agility and Shortstop)
-Engineer (Shotgun some bitches)
-Pyro (Degreaser and Axtinguisher plus juggling people on fire)
-Heavy (Anti-scout, anti-pyro, sandvich good)
-Spy (general mischief, sapping key defensive structures, denying frontal assaults)
-Sniper (Meh. Huntsman's kinda fun.)

Pyro. Wait near a corner with the Backburner,and TORCH the next bastard that comed around it. 90% of the time,the go up in flames,and I maneuver myself to get on their backs. I generally try to work with Jarate slinging snipers as well. Can you say "Kill it with Fire"?
A close second WAS the engie,but the Engie Update made them into one-man armies.
Then my Steam account got hacked,and I can't play anymore.

What happened! Can't you recover it?

Other choices would be between Medic or spy, with a touch of engineer. Not enough specific reasons to write.

For playing not seriously, Scout, soldier or sniper, not sure why either, other then as the scout I can go die faster.

Demoman here. I guess you had to leave something out with the limited poll options. I love gathering heads as a Demoknight. And setting mine traps is satisfying as well. Especially when you catch a Heavy/Medic combo coming into the base and they die instantly. I'm sorry, did I just waste your ubercharge?

They really need to modify how polls are done here, 2 out of every 3 don't work (it's never happened to me, but it seems like most of everyone else's polls die for some reason) and they need to let us add however many options we want. I'm pretty sure most forums are like that.

people always called me a noob for being the pyro but the balance of the game demands at least one person in every position to counter the other team so if you pick pyro, and your doing really good with him, that means your addressing the needs of your team, making you a pro team player.

The scout has that awesome jump and baseball bat.

Demo and Soldier are nothing alike... Demoman is definitely my favourite. The class is at the most fun when you have the Eyelander and Charging targe. With a full stack of heads, you're as fast as a scout and can take anything except a heavy down easily in melee.

You just need to get good at pre-empting where people will be when you fire your Grenade Launcher
