I'm a vegetarian. Never liked meat much even before I became a veggie.

depends on the preparation.

As a roast, I'd have to go with lamb. It is simply magic.

In a red Thai curry, I'd take duck over anything else.

Seasoned and dried into biltong, I'd go for kudu (which counts as venison).

Beef or Chicken. I had the best Prime Rib last night at Texas Roadhouse. I chose chicken, because thats what I normally get when I go out for food.

I'm gonna go with "bêche" (pronounced "besh"), and assume that it's short for "bêche-de-mer", which is French for sea cucumber.

So the dude clearly digs his seafood.

You just cant beat a nice rare beef steak.
It is like putting everything good in the world inside your mouth and devouring it in one perfect moment.
Then you realize when you are done that nothing else on your plate seems nearly as appetizing.

Definitely chicken. I love how many things you can do with it, the texture, and the fact that it's generally much more lean than any other meat I can stomache.

Beef. Nothing beats a good hamburger. Because of this, fast food is an abomination.

Kangaroo, for sure. All the taste of beef with hardly any of the fat content, so it's healthier and cooks faster. Also better for the enviroment, as methane emmitted from cows is one of the main sources of greenhouse gas (more so than cars - tis true) whereas kangaroos don't emit methane.
