Not so much a zombie as it is Ms. Frankenstein. All she is missing are the bolts out the neck.
Frankensteins monster was brought back from the dead
OK, so she doesn't fall in the "stereotypical" image of a zombie...

Slow zombies. They represent less of the immediate, and more of the inevitable.
On the topic of looks, all sorts of people die, including goths, so anybody can look the part. Personally, for ZombieWalks I wear ripped up t-shirts and jeans just because I'm extremely lazy.

If zombies did attack, I would prefer them being the slow kind... I don't like to run.

I agree. Fast zombies are not zombies, they're just a variation of Scary Monster Movie X. Zombies are not scary because they kill you, they're scary because they will kill your friends and turn them into zombies. Eventually you will end up all alone, surrounded by the living corpses of former friends and lovers, losing all purpose in life and eventually just wanting to die.

.. that's horror. Fast zombies are just shock effects.

I quite like the T-Virus style zombies. Zombies should be slow lumbering killing machines as they always have been. Though I thoroughly enjoyed the system in Resi Evil remake whereby you killed a zombie, but not with a headshot or burning it, then it got up angry, fast and violent a few hours later.

Fast zombies are better in films, but if i was choosing in real life then it would have to be slow zombies. Much easier to deal with.
