Poll: Favorite Weapon for the Protagonist?

I usually use projectile weapons but it all depends on the setting. In a modern setting I go for assault rifles, while in a fantasy setting I prefer to be up close and personal with sword or a pair of daggers.

I personally like swords, I connect them with epic battles with huge creatures...in my opinion swords are the heroic badass's weapon of choice (second only to a one handed firearm).

Something stupidly large (Must... resist... urge... to make... penis gag...), so pretty much any Japanese fighting game

Either the protagonist's bare knuckles, guns, but preferrably a Tank.

Or fifty Tanks if you can spare them.

I liked seeing my character in Fallout 3 use the EMIRV. It was fun. If not that the hand to hand combat is cool.
