Mine Is Probably Ghostbusters. Even though Ghostbusters 2 Wasn't Great, Bill Murray Still Did A good job in it. I Also like him in Groundhog day And his guest Appearence In Zombieland.

Zombieland. Because it was so random, so hilarious, and even more hilariously short-lived of an appearance.
Being my favorite actor of all time, I pretty much love every movie that involves Bill Murray in anyway, making it really hard to choose between them. But I'd have to pick Groundhog Day since it's one of my favorite movies of all time, but having Bill Murray as the lead just makes it that much more awesome.
As a side note, Bill Murray in Zombieland is easily my favorite celebrity cameo in anything ever, not just movies.

I don't really think it's my "favorite" but in the interest of mentioning another movie that (at least when I'm writing this) hasn't been mentioned yet, I'm going to say "What about Bob." Extremely funny movie. Richard Dreyfuss as the "straight man" to Murray's lunatic is a perfect combo.

OT: I don't think there is much Bill Murray can do that can disappoint me, but I really want to see Tootsie, as I have heard that he does great in that movie and that he requested to have his name taken off the credits so as to not cast a shadow over the leading actor Dustin Hoffman. I mean, his name is in the credits, just not written on the front cover as "Also Starring Bill Murray", at least, as I understand it.
As for movies by him I have seen that are my favorite... Space Jam, maybe? No, The Royal Tenenbaums or even Kingpin.
