Poll: Favourite Music Genre

Name your favourite music genre. I can't list all of them but I'll try to get a few.

Rock and pretty much everything like it. Punk, metal and its various brothers and sisters. And a bit of drum N bass for good measure. None of that chav shite though.

Eh, most of those are pretty broad genres. I can learn to like most music, c'ept maybe modern day RnB or the harder forms of Metal.

I'll answer Jazz because I feel it's going to need some love.

I say rock but I prefer 80's rock over modern rock. (Btw, what happened to the guitar solo. It was required by law practically in the 80's but it's gone now)

As i understand it the smashing pumpkins were classified under grunge , so vote rock

I guess rock. Because although I listen to a lot of electronic music, I consider a lot of it to be electronically driven rock.

I do listen to a broad wagon of genre's though. But I mostly listen to rock.

Well i listen to a variety of genres, my faviorite genre could be something i havn't listened to yet who knows?

Folk, Jazz, Blues, Rock, Rap, Industrial, Drum 'n Bass, Grunge, Funk, anything really apart from dance / hardstyle or shitty RnB

But my faviorite is easily Metal, particulary Thrash or Death metal

Jazz fan here, though I like soft rock that has strong jazz influences probably just as much, if not more.

I don't really have a favorite. I just listen to what sounds good to me. But since the Beatles are basically a pop band. I'll just go with pop.
