Call me crazy, but I loves me some Halo.

If you ask me Halo is still one of the best, I really can't stand MW2 nor BC2 considering how much of a fragfest they are.

OK i haven't played halo in a fair while, tho from what i remember, it pretty much defined frag fest in the current gaming generation

Modern Warfare 2 for now but once I get Battlefield 2 or Bad Company 2 (and some friends to play with) it'll be one of those games.

Another vote for TF2. I'm sick of all the "realistic" games (most of which aren't even realistic; they're closer to action movies than reality), and I've always liked stuff that focuses more on gameplay/fun. Until TF2 came out, I hadn't spent anywhere near as much time with an FPS since probably the original UT (although 2k4 was also fairly entertaining), Q3A, and before that the Marathon games (which could kind of sort of be played online but were mostly LAN party material). Honorable mentions for Duke3D and Painkiller, too.

Left 4 Dead 1/2 for me, I Love getting some friends together and going co-operative especially with some new custom campaign none of us have tried

Team Fortress I'd say is my favourite, but closely tying that is Shattered Horizon followed by Counter Strike Source.
