Maybe I'm missing the point of the thread. My favorite is The Incredibles, but apparently "favorite" and "best" aren't synonymous in the case of this thread. How do we judge what's the best other than our own personal opinion?electric_warrior said:I personally love Monsters Inc. and Up but think Wall-E's the best even if I don't like it as much as the other two (although it's a close third).
Favourite and best aren't always the same, no. my favourite film is probably either city of god or the terminator but I am willing to accept that neither is the best film ever made even if they are both good films.Generator said:Maybe I'm missing the point of the thread. Oh, I see. Well, I'll stand by The Incredibles as my favorite, but I may have to side with you saying that Wall-E is the best.electric_warrior said:Favourite and best aren't always the same, no. my favourite film is probably either city of god or the terminator but I am willing to accept that neither is the best film ever made even if they are both good films.Generator said:Maybe I'm missing the point of the thread. Wall-E is so beautiful visually and works on so many levels I think it's probably a cut above othe rpixar films, it works as a serious piece of cinema. But it isn't as funny as monsters inc or up, so I prefer thme over it.
It's all about being able to admire something even if you don't like it all that much (even though i do).
The title of the thread is "Favourite Pixar Film" so just pick that
