At a fairly random guess, first kill would be a caveman from Joe & Mac Cavemen Ninja or Some random goomba like things in one of the early mario gameboy games.

I assumed you meant hunting kill and I do remember that pretty well because it was horrible. Gaming kill I would have no idea.

If you mean MMO, then I do actually remember my first good set of kills since I just really started gaming hard last year, and I'll honestly say it now means more to me than my first kiss (Not at the time, but it was a shitty fast relationship and I fucked the kiss up badly. Most later kisses meant wayyy more.)

My first kill was a goombah on the first level of Mario Brothers on the NES. The first thing I really wanted to kill was the hunting dog from Duck Hunt ... I was about 4. My first kiss came 4 years later.

First kiss - Kind of an embarising kiss on a bridge after i had to say goodbye, i lol about that now and i learnt a good life lesson from it! (i tripped and landed on you lips works!!)

Um, I remember my first kiss quite well but not my first kill. I've been trying to remember what the first shooter I played was but I can't remember so far. I can remember James Bond 007 for the Atari but..I doubt that was my first kill.
