I just went for it always. (Not that it really mattered to me. I mean really a kiss, thats just stage one.)

Go for it. It would be terrible for the girl to think you weren't into her.
Of course, pay attention to body language and don't go in for a kiss if she looks like she'd rather die than touch you.

Nope i'm a man whore and i'll admit it. Or rather i've just kissed some girls i know but have never really presued anything. In my book i'm not really countin those because i havn't had a girl friend yet and i'm sure thats an entirely different feeling to kiss your first gf

Haha, the fact that "I've never had a GF/BF" has the most votes right now is hilarious. Are you singles just curious? Anyway, just go for it. Kissing should be fun, not overly complicated. If you over complicate something as simple as kissing, what do you think -CENSORED BY MODERATOR- will be like? I rest my case.

Nah, we just like feeling bad for ourselves.

So yeah, never had a girlfriend. HAHA, sad.

I haven't kissed anyone yet.
[small]I feel so empty inside....[/small]

But if I was to kiss someone, it would go one of two ways:

A.If I'm feeling more cautious about the situation, I would wait until the right moment.

or..

B.If I'm confident(i.e horny), then I would go for it the first chance I get.

My first kiss with my fiancee was a peck on the cheek fail...

It was a pretty fantabulouse fail, i tripped while she was going to kiss my cheek and i got a kiss on the lips as i accidentally smacked her head into the door behind her.

Yeahhh.... We laugh about it now. Now...

it depends really when if its a girl that im best friends with i might be alittle hesitant because our friendship is on the line. on the other hand if its a girl i like and think she likes me and isnt a lifelong friend i go for it. ive gotten kissed back a few times, crazy looks a couple of times and slapped quite a few times and one of the times the slap turned into a relationship lol. also one time i did go against my gut and out and kissed a really good friend that wasnt interested and well we were still friends, but we just sort of chose to forget it ever happened 8P

my first kiss with my girlfriend was pretty good. we were at the aquarium living it up and i just got close and went for it, at first it when i moved closer she was nervous, i just said" you know you want me to" and she noded and we both went in for the kill. first kisses can be pretty nerve racking but worth it if it's with someone u care about. we'ver been together going on 3 years now.(sorry for gloating)

My favorite move is when you've first started dating someone, you randomly walk up to them one day, say "I'm going to kiss you know" and then do it and keep walking.

Though usually I do a combination of going for it and waiting for the moments. I wouldn't call what I do as either of these, because I MAKE the moments.

These poll results pain me. It also makes me wonder what the age demographic for the escapist community is. I assumed mid-teens to early 30s, but apparently it's more of a tween-to-20s thing? Either that, or gamers really are anti-social/bad with the ladiez.
