Monoliths ignore any extra d6 for penetration. The only way to even scratch it is to hit it with something that's at least S8. Or Strength D I s'pose.

E: And it has a S9 large blast thing that can't be disabled by anything short of completely destroying the 'lith.

Psychic powers are strength 10 and Tyranid ranged weapons strength is equal to the creatures strength... in this case also 10... so it has a chance... only problem is actually hitting, Tyranid accuracy is terrible unfortunately

Tzeentch, I'll have awesome magic then. Bitches love Magic. The story of the Thousand Suns is my favorite too, it's quite sad and yet their army seems effective.

Oddly enough I'm more of a Dark Eldar player (I'd play tabletop but it's so expensive and there's no-one to play with) so I should go Slaneesh, but meh, I love cunning and magic over super pleasure anyday.

Lol... I'd probably still lose... like I said Tyranids rarely hit anything with ranged weapons, so I'd need to charge with everything and hope some strong creatures make it.
