I look for discounts even when I'm actively pursuing a game. I don't just impulse-buy unless the price is really good. Most times, if I can only find a game I want at close to full price, I skip it until it gets cheaper.

I don't buy games full price any more. Not because I'm a cheapskate but because I have a backlog. I don't see the point in buying a game full price at release if it won't get played until 6 months later. Hell, I bought Dishonored 5 months ago in the summer sale and I only just got around to starting it yesterday, about 14 MONTHS after release.
