Poll: Forget the names. If you could change or augment one part of your body, what would it be?

I'd probably get ones that make you think/react faster, and whatever the self-healing one from Human Revolution was called. The idea of being able to heal without outside help sounds really appealing to me.

Also, I'd get my eyes augmented, basically undo the damage that caused me to need glasses and possibly some sort of HUD to display information, and subtitles for when people talk too fast.

Oh, and some sort of universal translator that allows me to understand (or with the above augment, subtitle it in English), and possibly speak (or again display what I would need to say in other languages phonetically).

Lastly, with the first one, I would need a tact filter. I can be quick witted and extremely offensive, having some way to censor myself when I mean to be an asshole would be nice. Long story short: I told a wheelchair bound person "At least I CAN walk"

It's a little boring, but enhanced muscular strength, to the maximum it will allow. To be more specific, I would like the change to increase the amount of force exerted per ounce of muscle tissue, instead of simply giving me bigger muscles. This way, I'll eventually be able to exceed human limits through training, and generally be even more awesome than I already am.

Idk if I had the opportunity I would probably just use the machine over and over consequences be damned and go full on sexy android. I don't have any particular love for my current body, beyond the fact that I am used to it, so trading it in for something millions of times better seems like a big no-brainer.

But if I had to choose one thing, I suppose I'd modify my legs to let me run forever and do crazy jumps and stuff.

I'd probably enhance my muscle memory...

Making tasks such as learning instruments, new games, sports etc much easier to do as it'd be much quicker to get to the point of it becoming second nature (Will basically result in quicker response in video games, whilst also allowing me to learn to play the guitar a LOT quicker)

Either that, or some modification to DNA to prevent aging. Imagine that, spending your entire life in the body of a 21 year old.

Seriously, I'm so sick of wearing glasses. I would love to have robot eyes that won't deteriorate from staring at the sun too long... (I was a dumb kid).

Plus, you could get awesome features, like zoom, or night vision, built right into your eyes! Goodbye lumpy goggles and high def camera! Now I can spy on people with ease!

Also: alter my brain so I have absolute conscious control over the entirety of my person: including but not limited to preventing my body from allowing my muscles to wane, literally improving my thinking ability and memory by thinking about it (It's like an RPG that allows skill training!), I could stimulate growth in certain *cough*sexual*cough* regions and any number of things.
Hell, I might even be able to consciously prevent myself from aging, I'd need to study physiology and biology some more though to fully realize the potential applications of this.

Or let me light shit on fire by snapping like in bio-shock. That'd be SWEET

Augment my brain, whatever the best option it has to enhance my intellect/cleverness. Focus a few years on furthering scientific research and understanding of the universe. Then use the new found fame and intellect to create a cult following. Then by use of shadowplay I provoke the US government to mobilize the military against me. However I have it set up so I emerge the hero, after a few months I run for presidency. After a few years I have unified the world.

By that time I would have been augmented to the point of an immortal god. After a few centuries I become bored of the peace though. I desire conflict. However my conviction to maintaining global peace does not waver, thus I focus my attention to space travel. In a few months my labor is complete, a ship capable of hyperspeed (Killing any halting progress as well as their families sped this up by many years). Now with the laws of physics bent by my merciless will I set into space massacring many alien species to near extinction and enslaving their planets.

Now with galaxies at my command I am kept busy travelling from planet to planet. I am entirely artificial at this point. I have used the strongest metals available to me, metals denser then diamond. I have become fascinated with string theory by this point due to a corruption in my memory core, likely caused by a trusted dissenter. I become fascinated with the idea of having two earths. I have a very large volcano emptied and turned into a rocket propulsion system, driving our planet towards the black hole near Orion's Belt. Due to my corrupted memory I had forgotten the Earths distance from the sun is so necessary to mantain living conditions. The temperature change was so dramatic everything nearly immediately freezes. Trillions of water molecules crash down around me, the sound is deafening. Then frozen coulds drop down upon me, trapping me. Even the propulsion system freezes. I am the only survivor. I am left stuck between gigantic sheets of ice unable to move. Spending millenniums drifting through space on the now desolate planet before my systems fail.

Or I'd get x-ray eyes and look at bitties all day.
