Valve owns my wallet. (Steam wallet. See what I did there?)

I own all their games, except L4D, but they didn't develop those, it was Turtle Rock Studios.
This is kind of misinformation, Turtle Rock Studios did develop the original Left 4 Dead but the studio is owned by Valve anyway and near the end of development the folded into each other. So they're basically different teams in the same company, and pretty certain Robin Walker (Team Fortress 2's lead designer) played a HUGE role in making Left 4 Dead 2 so that's basically bread and butter Valve.

Not that it matters you didn't buy 'em, just clearing up - they're as Valve as Half-Life 2 ever was, and more Valve than the original Portal. If you can measure "Valve-iness," anyway.
Oh, that does make sense then, because they did some work on CS:S.

I didn't buy them because I only play on PC, because I don't own a new enough console, and my internet sucks for online games. I play them at my friend's houses, local co-op. Better that way. And, I don't have to pay!

Rockstar, Bethesda...

Seriously. That and, dear god, Nintendo. Nintendo owned 90% of my allowances as a kid.
dear god i loled when i saw this picture, gonna save that one for latter.
OT: Bethesda has by far taken most of my money. extra 60 for dragon statue? hell yeah. 30 dollars for the strategy guide? of course! was more then happy to buy all their games, and that does not look like it's gonna stop soon

Epic is in the poll twice.

Anyway, I'm going to have to say Square Enix, off the top of my head. If not them, then I don't know.

I don't particularly pay attention to who the dev is most of the time. I'll remember who the dev is while I'm following the game, but after that it just sort of leaves me.

Quite possibly Ubisoft, if only because I have a lot of games they probably don't remember...Not the biggest fan, and I don't have any Driver or Might and Magic (yet), but they've still got more of my money than anyone else on that list.

Nintendo for sure (Zelda, Pokemon, etc). Capcom, Team Ico, and Valve are somewhere too. I would say Insomniac, but most of the games I got from them were used.

Epic, Infinity Ward, both have taken a large quantity of my hard earned pennies. Hard to figure out who I've chosen over food more. I reckon Epic, but not much on my bank statements between the two.

Simply put, Bungie. They were the ones I threw the most money at, period.

When I finally discovered the gem that was Halo, and that's right around the midway point between Halo 2 being released and Halo 3's inevitable one, I fell in love with the Halo series. I got the first one for the PC, seeing as at the time I didn't have my Xbox 360, then once I had a console, Halo 2 was the first one I jumped into there. After that, I got every Halo game, and almost every piece of DLC, made by Bungie. I never got Halo Wars, though that was mainly because I felt that something like Halo, which I see as Bungie's baby and labor of love, shouldn't have a game made by anyone other than them, though that's personal outlook.

After them, I would have to say Bethesda/Obsidian. I had and enjoyed Oblivion, and both Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

And to curb any possible flaming that this post might end up inciting, remember, everything stated above? Its my opinion. Not fact. Well, save the part where I spent money on all those games.

I don't really think I could answer something like this. I have amassed so many games in the last 25 some-odd years that it's just ridiculous to try and figure out whose games I have the most of. Not to mention all those little games by odd one-time companies you never hear about again.

I'd say a better question might be Game Publishers, cause then I could say probably Nintendo, Capcom, or Square/Enix... but seriously that's just a difficult to pin down, as well.

Also, there's nothing wrong with liking multiple companies. I mean I enjoyed Square AND Enix years before the merger (and afterwards they became shit, ironically). So like Sega and Nintendo, Valve and Bioware, and Capcom and Konami at the same time isn't really all that surprising.. is it? o_O;

Well, certainly not Valve...not with the great deals they give me!

Probably Bioware and Bethseda, who I have generally allowed to milk my wallet a bit. I'm going to be more cautious with Bioware in the future now though.

Square has seen the most total, but that's because they're older than dirt and most of the games I own by them are on the PS1 and PS2. If we're just counting more recent games then it would be either Atlus or NIS. I bet you can't guess my favorite genre.

Technically Steam is owned by Valve... so technically my last two paychecks went to Valve for there Steam sales and other games...

My annual payments to rockstar date back to GTA III.

I can't say that about any other developer/publisher on the list. In addition, I own more rockstar titles than any other developer/publisher.

Bethesda's my favorite Dev, although Valve comes in close second. I've spent more money on Bethesda than Valve's games.

Valve because they made Steam and that is what's eating my wallet. The publisher that gets most of my money...

Edit: I wrote publishers not developers. Nintendo, Tales Studios and Volition are the 3 developers I've spent the most on. Nintendo wins by far.
