This list is decent. I skimmed over it and while there are a few things on there I couldn't care less about, I liked it okay.
I do think that instead of listing game sequels they should have just placed the best example of the series at whatever point it got on the list, thus the Half-Life series would be at 5th.

I don't really think World of Warcraft should be on the list, and so very high in the list.
Wolfenstein 3D should be higher up
Guitar Hero, Madden, and Grand Theft Auto shouldn't be on the list/ shouldn't be that high.

Well, that's based on the people that weighed in to make the list, my top 200 would be wayy different, but it's not like I can fix theirs for my liking
When Super Metroid and Super Mario World (the first two games I ever played) are that far behind their their respective originals, and Call of Duty, and WORLD OF WARCRAFT, the list just has to be garbage.
Well, my biggest problems with this list are:
No Total Annihilation--Even though many lesser strategy games made the list.
Oblivion ranked higher than Morrowind--Why?! Shit gameplay, shit story, and shiny graphics ftw?
Guitar Hero and Rock Band 2 too far apart--RB 1 and 2 were every bit as revolutionary as GH, just in different ways.
No Ninja Gaiden(2004)--IMHO this game made God of War look like garbage. But maybe that's just me.
No Neverwinter Nights--WHAT
No Psychonauts............--THE
No Jedi Outcast.............--FUCK?!

Not your list people. These are just opinions and do not reflect your experiences. I would sooner trust a list from Game Informer, Gamepro and EGM ab out what is a good game because they spent their lives in the minutia of the Video gaming world. Make your own list if you want.
I mean games like Goldeneye were awesome at the time but when you go back and play em it really isnt a good game. So I have to be guessing the games go by innovation of the time and how they influenced gaming at the time. And by those measures shouldn't pong really be the number 1 game of all time? I don't really agree with a lot of the list.
I'm getting sort of tired with old classics always being placed as number 1. I mean, they were great games, and yeah, they may have revolutionized gaming for years to come, but... I dunno, these lists don't interest me any more. Probably 'cause I can pretty much guess the top five games in every one.
This one isn't too bad, but still, eh. My personal favourite game is number 99, so at least it placed.
