completing every quest in fallout 3 including all the quests from the dlc. thinking about all the time i spent playing that game i probly couldve done something productive like look for a better job or invent a cure for cancer or something

This is from waaaay back in the day, I used to play einhander for the PS1 obsessively. I used to be able to make it through the entire game on normal difficulty without dying once.
If anyone here likes side scrolling shooters then pick that one up, it's really old but man...what a great game that was.

its those little side things that you force yourself to do that make the game worth playing, and even more enjoyable when its completed.

Nothing has ever compared to beating Morrowind.
My god, that was a game, you may have had to go out of your way to stay with the main quest, but it meant you couldn't be an idot and still beat it, and that made it all the more worth it

Castlevania Order of Ecclicia. HARD GAME HARD. and when you are almost done, dracula has a 10 second puzzle so you do the attack that kills you remember KILLS YOU in any other occation. so you go up to dracula, hack his 90000++ HP down to 1000 and then use the spell that KILLS YOU! game over you dont die but your brother takes your place, sad face happy face Dracula is dead.
Probably the earliest experience I can remember of feeling accomplished in a game was beating "Dragon Wars" for the Commodore 64.
