Collectible Canteens [http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/37960/?] -logical solution to the water problem on hardcore mode... refillable canteens with some drink recipes attached.
New Vegas Strip overhaul [http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/40429/?] -removes the separate instances from the strip, and makes the whole thing seem more prosperous, in line with what Mr. House claims to have done with it... and the beginning cinematic. Requires a somewhat powerful PC, at least for this game engine.
