I like Fender guitars, but I am more of a bass player. If I seriously wanted to buy a guitar I would probably get a Fender Telecaster.

I chose Ibanez because that is my first love as far as guitars go. I got an Ibanez Gio when I was 15 and have loved it ever since. I don't care how 'shitty' the pick up on it are(its a very low level model) or how my friends don't like it that much. I absolutely love it and will take it to the fucking grave with me.

As far as other guitars go, I do enjoy Peavey quite a bit, and I even bought a Peavey bass earlier this year, which is absolutely SEXY. So awesome to play.

Schecter are growing on my too. Two of my mates both play them and they are fairly sweet, no plans to buy one anytime soon though.

Gibsons are nice all-rounders. Ballsy, angry, yet with heaps of soul.

Fenders are like women, when they're good to you, you won't consider anything else. When they mistreat you, you'll weep.

I play a Epiphone PR-150 at the moment, but i've had my eye on an Ibanez AW 800 for a while now, so i voted Ibanez.

That's actually a decent guitar. I've used to own one. Through the right amp, it sounds almost as good as a true Gibson.

I was trained as a blues guitar player and for that style, nothing beats a les paul.

Fender for me but then again I'm all about Bass Guitar.
Same, I have a Fender bass that I adore.
But, alas, I think Ibanez deserves some credit for making this beast of a guitar for Daron Malakian:

I always wanted one of those. My friend has one and I played it one day. The weight alone put me off. It sounded wonderful, but damn it's heavy. I like to play for extended periods and there's no way I'd be able to do it with a Warlock.
If you thought the Warlock was heavy, the Beast is even bigger and even less fun to carry around. I can only play for about an hour standing up before I have to sit down with the Warlock.

But I would seriously recommend a Warlock. They're cheap, but the quality is surprisingly good for a $250 dollar guitar. I've had mine for around three years now and it has been absolutely great. The Beast looks great and sounds great, but it's super heavy and the points dig into your leg if you sit down to play it.

Well, as far as i know, back when this pic was posted on deviantarts artisan crafts it was pretty much a Work in Progress, im pretty sure by now, if the guy didn't dump it, it's finished, polished and ready to play. Don't think the shape of box would be much an issue unless you like to rub the guitar all over your belly.

Here is more of his works

I am really liking the acoustic Ibanez I have right now, when I learn to play well enough I am hoping to get an RG guitar by them.

Epiphone because they're like a Gibson but I can actually afford them. Also unlike Gibsons and Fenders they're less likely to be stolen at a gig. Wouldn't tour with anything else.
