They should improve the campaign's plot, make it longer and varied. Add even more customization to multiplayer. Probably make it squad based, similar to Killzone 2 (more though I hope). And if possible use dedicated servers.
I wish the last two options were combined in one 
OT: I have no idea, I haven't played any Halo game since Halo 3, and I haven't even seen the trailer for Reach.

The trailer just looks like more of the same.

I'm indifferent, which is a bit curious, because I like the Halo series.

I am very much interested, even though a little jaded by the now quite high possibility of the removal of being able to play as an Elite in multiplayer to appease all the idiots who can't handle gazing at obvious superiority.
Whatever, it looks cool and it should be interesting to see where they go with it, it does seem a little too gritty though which feels out of place for a Halo title but then it was a fairly dark time in the war so I guess it fits.

Are you sure this is their last halo title? I thought the might make one or two more after reach, maybe explain what happened to the chief at the end of halo 3.pimppeter2 said:

Bungie says this there last title with the IP, Microsoft can open a new studio (343 Guilty spark studios, I think it was called) if they ever to continue with the IP, and they probably will seeing as to how successful it is.Dark knifer said:
