I beat it in one try on 00 Agent. . . it's actually not that hard. Thing is, you can leave Natalya in the cell until you've cleared out all of the guards, and they don't respawn indefinitely unless the alarms are set off -- which shouldn't be difficult to prevent, if you're mindful of where the cameras are situated. Other than that, the trick is simply to use the KF7 Soviet's loud shot to lure guards to you, rather than going on the offensive, then to strafe and take them out, sequentially by corridor. The only overly difficult part, I found, was at the beginning of the level, since you receive only ten bullets from the jail cell guard once you've karate'd him, meaning it's easy to run out of ammo when you exit the room and begin a firefight with the numerous other guards you inevitably attract. I've heard the throwing knives are useful for this (magnetized from the well to the right of your cell door), though when I played the level, I actually botched it, then had so little health I had to beat the rest without getting shot (which is wholly doable).Outright Villainy said:Probably Aztec, in terms of sheer difficulty.
However I put bunker 2 down, because it's a fucking endurance fest, no matter what way you take it. Slow and stealthy took me and hour to get through.
Fighting your way through amounts to backing into a room and killing every mook that funnels into the room. They send about half the Russian army though, I'm not sure if they ever stop spawning. Rushing is viable until double 0 agent, whereupon they turn your coward ass to swiss cheese, and kill Natalya if you start doing too well.
That level can fuck right off!
