Poll: Have you Beaten God Mode in God of War?

I just beat God of War on God Mode yesterday, (feeling really hypermasculine right now) and was wondering if anyone else here has done the same. If so, what was the hardest part. If not, was there a part that made you stop trying?

For me the hardest part was the Kratos clones (took me freakin' forever), followed by Ares part 2 (had to fight defensively...not good at that.)

I got stuck at the final gauntlet in the Temple of Pandora because I couldn't go at it with full health and magic, plus my Rage of the Gods was down. I beat my head against it for days with no success. I haven't had a chance to revisit it since I've been too busy between playing other games I haven't played and working on the ZP programming contest.

I beat the GoW1 God Mode. Ares took forever, but I feel that it's one of my greatest gaming achievements.

As for GoW2, I can't even get past the statue with the ballistae part. He slaps his hand flat on the ground and kills you in one hit. It requires such precise timing that I gave up.

Ha! for some reason you made me think of the God Mode that you have to hack for (where you can't be damaged), and I thought it would be pretty simple, right? But now I know, and I'd have to say no, I did not beat it.

Same reason I could never finish XIII, I miss levels.

I think there's a glitch that allows you to bypass that. You just can get too near the cutscene trigger point when trying to find it.

Yes I did, a year ago. It made me feel...godly (worst pun ever).
But the clones! The freaking clones!

have yet to play GoW1 , I did beat GoW2 on God mode though , got 3/4 of the way through titan before beating my head against the wall eventually caused game to get cracked in half

I tried GOW2 on the hardest mode and I never got past Theseus.

I lost the will after having to sit through the unskippable cutscene for the 200th time...

Stuck at Kratos Clones... Damn that part is frustratingly hard!

That's the part where you pretty much need to blow everything you have. By the end, if you haven't spent your entire magic meter and gone absolutely batshit ballistic with Rage of the Gods, then you're probably not going to make it.

Never got past the hydras. Its not the combat thats hard, its the circle pressing. Its impossible to do, I cant press cicle fast.
I got farther In God of war 2 Titan mode. Got all the way to the Eurale, maybe farther, I forgot.

I did in GoW1, I have yet to finish GoW2 on normal difficulty as it is now. I keep playing other games and getting distracted by other games.

nopes, i dont got it yet. but i bet i will try when it comes to the ps3.

now you just need to do Titan mode.

Never beat it. I can't stand sitting through unskippable cutscenes 12 times.
