No broken bones.

I did sprain my ankle a few times, tends to happen when you are an active scout for over 12 years and go to military to boot.

But I have given first aid to a few broken bones. Luckily no open fractures (the broken bone piercing the skin and becoming visible to the plain eye), the pictures of those were bad enough looking.

When I was little I broke my elbow in two places after falling out of a tree. It was a really nasty break and I had to get pins put in so now I have a big scar on my elbow. People always seemed kind of surprised when they notice it for the first time, but since I can never remember a time without it I always forget it's there.

broke two ribs on my left side in a rugby game, agonizing pain for at least a month. worse than almost any other break because it hurts to breathe, move, sit down, stand and lie down and the only thing they can do for you is give you pain killers. i've heard collar bones can be worse, and really bad breaks of other things, but for a "standard" break almost nothing beats the ribs.
also brok my left wrist once, that was cool, i got a cast

Yep. I was playing basketball, I was dribbling down the court, and someone slams into me and I fall on my left shoulder and CRACK! there goes my left clavicle.

My brother broke my nose when I was 3. I slammed my middle finger in the door when I was 12.

EDIT: I broke my coccyx in the sixth grade.

Once.

Fell out of a large tree when I was a child. Fortunately there were lots of branches in the way before the big drop to the floor that broke it, otherwise its more likely I would have been dead.

I was quite near the top.

nope apparently there made of some extra hard metal or something. I once got hit by a car and just walked it off.
Edit: I have broken my nose whilst riding a bike. That's cartilage though and you specifically said bone.

I've never had a broken bone. Mainly because I'm not a very active person. Although I nearly needed brain surgery when I got a 7 iron golf club to the face.

I don't think I have (I fell down some stairs when I was a kid and busted my head open, but I don't think I broke my skull). Also, I lost a tooth once.

I sprained all my toes on my right foot at the same time, my right thumb three times from the same activity, and my left thumb twice under the same circumstances as my right thumb.

All of those were from Karate and me doing a move slightly wrong during sparring. Blah.

But I've never broken anything.

Yep. I smashed my toe on the corner of my desk, and apparently it was hard enough to shatter my toe... Fun times!

Where's the fractured option?

Need help testing that theory of yours?
I'm always happy to help.

Broke my pinkie (little finger) playing sled-tackle. Its a redneck sort of game where you try to knock other people off a sled that's being pulled my a 4-wheeler. Jumped on a got swung into a basketball pole. Luckily I was numb at the time, but I could tell it was broken by the fact that it was pointing in the wrong direction. Later reset it myself (terribly painful).

You'd be surprised how much you used that little finger.
