Poll: Have you ever posted drunk?

Typically when I'm drunk it's very late at night, and when I come home I don't turn on my computer, I just pass out on my bed.

I don't drink because I'm allergic to it T_T I shall never know what being drunk feels like! Unless I want to undergo incredible amounts of discomfort and a possible trip to the hospital...

I have done a few times after coming home from a night out.

It's usually at 3 in the morning so I'm on the verge of falling asleep too.

I can't think of anything I posted that was particularly stupid though.

I've never drunk posted anything I'd later regret. I get weirdly eloquent when I'm drunk. I have made a complete ass of myself drunk though.

I'm drinking right now. Usually I make factual errors and get too lazy to fact-check as opposed to making an ass of myself or anything regrettable. It doesn't happen often, people often think my handle is an admission of alcoholism or something when it's just some Dark Souls humor. I want to play Dark Souls now, though I foresee many lost souls/humanity in this state.

I don't drink. Not because I'm underage (I could go out into the hall right now and find some alcohol if I wanted) but because I can NOT lose control over myself. I have far too many secrets about myself that I don't need anyone else to know about.

Several times. It honestly doesn't affect the quality of my posts a ton though. I honestly don't know if that's a testament to how well I function when I'm drunk, or how poorly I function when I'm sober.

Topic Of Discussion: Have you posted drunk? And if so did you say/do anything funny or that you regretted later?

Nope. Never really been full on drunk. Tipsy, sure. Pleasantly warm. But never actually drunk. I don't have any inhibitions anyway, so I don't need to get drunk to let loose. Typically, I volunteer to be the designated driver (and then have an Amaretto on the rocks that I nurse all evening).

I have, however, posted post-coitally. Like... right now. I am currently enjoying the afterglow, on my sofa. With a bottle of cold water. Mmm, water.

Side note, funny story. I was thrown out of a bar once. I wasn't drunk (I didn't even have a drink in said bar). I was thrown out for sneaking into the VIP section. Which I did because I wanted to sit down (my feet hurt) and there was nowhere to sit at the bar. I was in there for, like, an hour before I got caught.

And when I say thrown out, I mean a huge bouncer picked me up and carried me outside. He set me down gently though. That was nice of him.

I have come back from a piss up legless a few times and had about 30 seconds on my computer before passing out. You can tell because that's when I go from being 'slightly sweary' to full on swearing two to three times per sentence. That's just because I am self-censoring 99% of the time and so when I stop focusing I type like I speak.

It takes a LOT to get me drunk, and I'm not talking Bud and Coors. And if I'm drunk, chances are I'm not at my computer...although, I did do 12 Jager shots on Friday while playing Chivalry: Medieval Warfare.

I drink Arrogant Bastard, Sailor Jerry, or Jager almost daily.

In fact, I'm having a Bastard right now. It's quite delicious.
