Poll: Have you ever stalked a specific person on the Internet?

Hi, so personally I did this a few times before. I searched up their name on google, sites, forums, etc. So I can learn more about them, find out what they do, where they're active at and such. I dont know exactly why I had the urge to stalk a specific person and find out what they're doing, I just felt an attachment.

It can be really interesting, to be honest. You can find out things about someone that you never knew about them before.

Have you ever done this yourself?

Nope. Never cared enough about another person to do this. Closest I came was in the presence of the individual (my dad) when I was trying (and succeeding) to prove how easy it was to gather the necessary information to doxx someone.

Ok seriously, never. I don't even have a Facebook because my friends never had it and lol like I would have added anyone else from my old highschool which was when Facebook was truly taking off. FB is a really good stalking simulator I hear. I've never had a person i'm so interested in and even so I doubt I would go full stalker mode.

Fuck yeah. I meet someone new; I wanna know what they put out in the world for everyone to see. If it's something I wouldn't, I know I wont be sharing some of my personal info, feelings or whatever with them.

Especially (potential) dates. I like to be armed with some information beforehand or maybe I'll find out they're radicals in any way, which gives me a good opening.
