I don't intentionally team-kill. If someone is pissing me off in Halo, which has a boot-players-for-team-killing function, I provoke them into killing me then boot them from the game.

The Halo campaign took double the neccesary time because any accidental friendly fire was met by volleys of plasma gernades. Otherwise my team killing is restricted to Dbags and when the team sucks and i hate everyone in my colors.

I got a team of absolute idiots in Halo 3--they all fought for weapons and blew up our mongooses... One killed me and started tea-bagging (I started laughing because my character's head was moving up and down).
I decided that I wanted to be booted from the game then I stuck our worthog when it was full with three people--one carrying our bomb and commenced to tea-bag the warthog. Everyone started swearing and calling me a noob and it was pretty funny.

Not generally, although mostly because I play TF2. Halo over my friends house is another story. I'm not sure if its technically team killing, but if we get split up, I tend to knock out enemy shields so my friend can get the kill. Although one memorable moment was Halo 2, team rockets. We had just played a bunch of matches on red team. This match we were on blue, however I didn't pay attention. The match starts, I yell , "Shit I spawned in the wrong base" and shot. I'm booted within 2 seconds. You can probably guess which base I actually spawned in.
I do it all the time on CoD4.

Every once in a while. A friend and I decided to see who could rack up the most negative score on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, on Hardcore Search and Destroy. I managed to achieve -650! We got a French guy so pissed that he started screaming (I really mean screaming) at us over the microphone... then he left.

If I'm playing with freinds in person... well... we team kill the crap out of each other til we're all beating each other with controllers trying to kill the other first. Most of us usually end up with more team kills than kills. It's really rather fun, and the reason none of us will try to stick together when the zombies come.
Sometimes when I play L4D with my roommates we'll try to incap each other in creative ways.. the rooftop at the hospital.. *punt* bye Zoey!.. or sometimes when I'm the first one to load into the next stage and I have a molotov, I'll run out the door, throw the molotov into my teammates, then shut the door and body block it. Sometimes in CS/CS source I'll spam flashbangs in the buy zone as well. I bound a key to buy flashbang to do it more rapidly.
But I won't do it with people I don't know on pubs and stuff.. don't want to get banned.

If i'm in a private match with just my friends then yeah, of course.
But if i'm just playing against random people then never, because i find it incredibley annoying when I get teamkilled by a random.

Yes, but it was local so I don't know if it counts. My roommate and four of his friends were having a bit of a Halo fest and one of them has to leave for some reason or another, so I filled in. We were playing Capture the flag two on two and I got on the side of the most annoying kid there. He just complained the whole time about how I sucked, so I just said F U and just kept team killing him until the end of the match. It was awesome.
