Yeah, I have it on my PS3 and I play it while I wait for stuff to download. It's fun, like something you'd find on Newgrounds without the whole "blisteringly violent" thing. Plus, I love the little smug faces the pigs make when you lose. it's like throwing rocks into a pond. Cathartic.
Haven't played it. My only mobile gaming is my DS, and I don't tend to play a lot of casual games on my consoles. I've thought about getting it for PC, but I have a lot of Steam games I haven't played. I haven't been trying to avoid, I just haven't gotten interested in it enough to buy it.
I own the PSP version and it's fun but they did a HORRIBLE job porting it to PSP. Seriously, I should not be seeing this kind of lag on a game like this...
If playing one level counts as playing, then yes. My dad got an iPad and I was playing around on it and decided to try out angry birds. Not terribly impresssed.
It doesn't measure up to the brilliance of missile command on a freaking touchscreen.
Pffft even the angry birds game mechanics are lifted from somewhere else.
I have already played it. The only reason I love it is because a small bug appeared and unlocked all the worlds for me. And it's repetitive.
Pull, release. Pull, release. Pull, release...
I would slap you across the face if you told me that a game which is similar to a thousand that came before it only released on the right platform would reap so much success. Then again props to the devs for grasping the opportunity (that's a talent too). The game itself is meh imho.
