Poll: Help needed for semi-gaming PC!

I'm looking at two different PC's, and they have similar specs for the most part. However, one has better graphics and one has a better processor.

PC 1:
GT340 1gb dedicated, 3.2Gh i5 dual-core 4-threads.

PC 2:
GT230 1.5gb dedicated, 2.5Gh quad core.


Which one is more suitable foe heavy use? Usually, the GPU is the bottleneck for gaming, but the 2nd PC has a substantially better processor.

I'd go for the faster CPU as it's easier to upgrade the graphics later if it turns out to be too much of a problem
