Its a beautiful day in where-ever-the-hell-you-live-ville you are at the "insert local shopping centre here" its very busy. But there is evil aloof, a man pulls a gun, and turns in you your direction. You cant tell if he will shoot or not. What do you do?

Me loved one comes first, I'd stand in front of them in a blink of an eye.

Try to run up to him as fast as i can while dodging a bit to make targeting hard for him. When i run up to him,grab his arm,kick him in the balls,take the gun,throw the clip out,shoot in the air once,and then pistol-whip him 10-15 times for being stupid.

I don't think he'll be able to hit head or vital organs even if he DOES hit me.

Yea, it's generally pretty hard to hit a vital organ if you move randomly enough. Expect to get hit by a bullet anyway.

I'd put my hands in front of me (in that way people do to show they don't have anything in them) and start talking while slowly moving towards him. When I get close enough I'd hit the bottom of the gun to knock it up, kick him in the gut and elbow him in the chin. I guess that works out in my head. The only risk is getting close without him really realising.

Strange, I never knew that there was a 10mm bullet. I guess you learn something new everyday.

I have a 20mm bullet shell in my room which I use to hold a few pens.

I let him unload at me and hope for divine intervention... Well, If divine intervention is real, that is. I mean, I was watchin TV, one of those cop shows, and there was a cop and this guy... Just the two of them in a hallway. The cop unloaded at the guy... and nothin happened, he didnt hit anything. I mean, its wierd, but that shit happens.

I taunt him. When he shoots me and unloads his clip, I catch all the bullets in my teeth. They I spit poison on his from my eyes as he slowly is digested by it.

Seriously: I would duck, run for cover, run around to get near him while searching for a sharp thing, and then stab/slice him to get his gun.
