Did anyone else like the Hitman games from Eidos Interactive? The AI was a bit thick yet always suspicious of the bald ghostly white man wearing gloves. but the sneaky assassinations with fiber wire rocked. I love it and wish they'd make more of them instead of those god awful tomb raider games.

Note - Exclude that crap Hitman movie where 47 had a childhood that was actually just old footage from the Dark Angel series. How could they stray so far from the game...

They are making 5?! I WANT TO PRE ORDER NAO PL0XXXXXXX. I loved those games. Great Stealth and assasination mechanics. And honestly, who doesnt like stylishly murdering Rich people..?

Looking forward to the new game. As the series has gone on, its had its ups and downs. But the joy of getting a silent assassin rank is worth it.

I'm just really really REEEAAALLY hoping for Hitman 5 to fix the AI. Then it's just borderline perfect...sort of.

I guess my point is that the AI is the biggest problem with the series right now.

Actually I've never really played Hitman except for a few levels of number 2. They were enjoyable.

to be honest as much as I love the hitman games, i still voted no. Series have to die, otherwise you end up with a watered down quasi-passable title that is not even a shadow of the its predecessor.... may I point you in the direction of exhibit A: Prince of Persia

The thing with the Hitman series is that they've got better with every rendition. Ever played Hitman 1? It's terrible in comparison to Blood Money. I don't think the series has reached its peak yet, like Prince of Persia had, and so a sequel would only be better.

I played through Contracts and Blood Money and owned silent Assassin, but didn't find any of them more than mediocre. Loved the music, though.
