Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday night, I go to my local MMA club to train in Boxing. Friday nights are especially brutal conditioning focused classes (plyometric jumps for the win!), but one Friday a month I take a break from Boxing to go rock climbing.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, immediately followed by Muay Thai. Saturdays I train in MMA. And all of this is at the same awesome club
Sundays, I go to the gym to do strength training. I've got decent cardio and flexibility, but my upper body strength is still lacking.
