I like him a lot actually.

He brings up good points to things and he never really seems to be overly hateful to any theism.

Plus, he's got a nice voice that I just like to listen to ^-^

Thunderfoot has not made a 'get rid of muslims' video. He has made his point regarding the religious intolerance of Islam and how it is not credible for the Islamic community to expect tolerance of its beliefs.

Trolls shout and whine. The trolls are the ones who make those angry rants as video responses.

He's the perfect debater, he considers both points in the argument and delivers his beliefs confidently and with accurate facts. True, people say he's a troll, and with all things considered, I'm obligated to hate him; but in this case he shares alot of my beliefs and I find myself agreeing with his every point.

From my persepctive, this thread seems to be the rantings of a humiliated victim of his trollings.

I used to like him and thought he made excellent points, but recently he's lost alot of credibility with me. Ever since he moved his talking point from creationists to Muslims his valid points have become fewer and farther between.

How exactly does that make sense? His position hasn't changed. The only difference is the fact that people are more afraid of muslims then they are of christians.

He changed the tone of his videos for a period of time from the original "cutting mockery with a hint of deserved intellectual superiority" to "ARGAHGUSAGHA MUSLIMS DIE DIE AGHSGHTG". I prefer the original tone, as it gives his arguments more weight.

Firstly that's and exaggeration, he never advocated violence. Secondly the shift in tone was more then appropriate considering how much more extreme the muslim community is compared to the groups he's addressed in the past.

Judging solely from your description, he isn't racist. Your religion isn't your race, and that is a very important distinction. Very important.

Anyway, never seen one of his videos, so I'm neutral. Sounds like a bit of a dick, but that's just from what you wrote.

I absolutely adore him. He made a name for himself when he completely owned some [mentally deficient] creationist named VenomFangX, and he's been tearing into religion like Bill Maher at Jesus Camp ever since. I don't always agree with the things he says, but I've never gone "hey, that's dishonest/incorrect"; if he's speaking the truth, I don't even consider him a troll. Especially not when so patient, polite and courteous. I think he just takes it upon himself to be pedantic.

I just watched a few of his videos expecting a troll but he actually seems like a very intelligent guy.

It's common for Christians to see Atheistic videos as "attacks" on your beliefs but you have to get used to the fact that they're usually being perfectly reasonable.

Don´t have anything against bashing religion with logic and scientific knowledge...because as we all know, Religions where invented a long time ago, where people had no grasp of how the world works and so "gods" made everything easier...

I have nothing against religions either...let them do their thing...

What didn't you understand? He has not made as many valid points on the topic of Islam, as he did on the topic of Creationists. What part of that passed you by?

no his points are still all valid, but his tone irks me to no fucking end >_< his newest one is a good return to form where he sounds calm. his science videos are still pure sex. did you watch the sun in a bottle one? fuck I love science, but that's besides the point.

I agree that his scientific videos are still wonderful and it's a real treat to see that sort of thing done with such simple setups. But other then those I really can't say I like what I see.
