Anywhere from medium to crispy. I don't like the weird gritty texture of undercooked bacon, nor do I like brutally overcooked food. I'd much rather err on the side of crispy, though, because undercooked bacon can be gross.

I like mine medium, but I always seem to burn it whenever I cook (which is strange as I'm quite a good cook). In fact I just had some Streaky Bacon with sausages and Beans. It was absolutely delicious and I want more.

I don't like bacon.

If it doesn't break the second I pick it up, it's not good bacon. Chewy bacon=hot, greasy ham. I don't mind partially crispy but "EC" bacon (Extra Crispy not Extra Chewy) is da bomb!

Edit: Oh yeah another good way to tell if it's good bacon is that all life whatsoever is drained from it and it becomes a bacon-flavored, extra-thin extra-long red potato chip...made of bacon.

I used to eat bacon, but I havent touched the stuf for over 5 years. But I remeber when I did, I used to like it half way between Medium and crispy, just like mama used to make.

On another note, my Brother has recently run into 2Kg of bacon. His friend works in a five star hotel as one of the cooks and gave him some. So its pretty good stuf too.

I like it a juicy medium.
But I'll eat it crispy any day, bacon is just win no matter how you prepare it.
It's also good on burgers...and pizza...and bacon wrapped steak...
