Poll: How do you like your eggs guys?

All of the above. I've learned how to cook eggs at least 15 different ways; including boiled, fried, poached, scrambled, omlette'd, in a frame, and others.
I work at a farmer's market, and one lady has way too many chickens for her demand, so she always gives me a dozen or two eggs per week.
So I learned how to make all the eggs!

A scrambled omelette with slices of bacon inside of it and a metric fuckton of cheese on top.

That sliced in four pieces and put on delicious, big pieces of bread together with whole milk and perhaps some black coffee makes for one helluva breakfast.

Absolute favorite way to have them is Eggs Benedict. Way more yolk than is even remotely healthy and i doubt very much the butter helps much but it is too damn good to pass up. Omelet is a very distant second.

I'm quite fond of scrambled eggs with a dash of salt and pepper. Sometimes I'll mix in a little bit of shredded Mexican cheese and some bacon or sausage too if it's acting as a full meal rather than as a side dish.
