My Grandma scrambles eggs in a small skillet so it forms up into a pie shape and then she bakes it with cheese on top. I don't know why it's so delicious but it is amazing. Also I'll take my eggs in an omelet, scrambled, sunny side up, soft boiled on toast, pretty much any way but hard boiled. But Grandma's cheese eggs are still the best.

Raw, just warmed by pouring boiling water on them while they're still in the shells. Maybe add a bit of salt, but if they're rich enough it's not needed. Delicious.
